Captain of the Nigerian senior national team, John Obi Mikel has responded to speculations about a move to Turkish giants, Fenerbahce.
The midfielder reacted by posting his training photo with Chinese club, Tianjin Teda ahead of the new season.
Turkish news portal Sabah reported over the weekend that Mikel was set to sign a contract, which runs to June 2020 and is worth €3-million per year.
Reacting to this, Mikel posted on Instagram, “Pre season with Tianjin TEDA. Hard work for the new season and an exciting year ahead.”
The former Chelsea player helped Tianjin Teda escape relegation with 13 league appearances in his debut season.
