My Kitchen: Simple ‘Fancy’ Indomie Stir-Fry


Here is a simple “fancy” indomie recipe to add to your arsenal


  • 1 packet indomie noodles
  • 1 cup raw shrimp (cleaned)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Vegetables of Choice  – Chopped- 1 cup plus


  • Remove seasoning from the indomie pack and set aside. Cook indomie according to package instruction until firm (you do not want the indomie to be overly soft)
  • Add oil into a pan and heat over high. Add the shrimps and cook on all sides for about two minutes. Add in the vegetables and stir-fry for a  minute. Add in noodle seasoning and then noodles. Combine
